100 Days Of Gratitude

There is now an overwhelming amount of information out there on all the different ways we should be practicing gratitude, and I know that most of us have super busy lives. The 100 Days Of Journals purpose is to keep things quick, simple and easy so that we can not only squeeze it in every day no matter how busy we are, but so that we can see the amazing changes practicing gratitude can bring without overcomplicating it. Gratitude is the highest vibration there is and by practicing gratitude, we increase our vibration and attract wonderful things into our life. Practicing gratitude can also improve your wellbeing, increase happiness, improve your mental health, improve relationships, assist in manifestation and even improve your physical health too! Why 100 Days? Most of us will have heard that it takes 21 days to create a new habit, while other studies suggest that it can actually take up to 66 days (and some suggest even more!) While yes, practicing gratitude is a habit, it''s also about shifting your mindset and that's not always an easy task. As with anything, consistency is key. after 100 days you should have not only created a habit, but be well on your way to shifting your mindset, and feeling accomplished that you've managed to practice gratitude for 100 days!
