ADHS bei Erwachsenen - ein Leben in Extremen

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is now also a recognized disorder in adult psychiatry. Treatment for the condition in adults requires a therapeutic approach different from that in children and adolescents. This book presents important new research findings, on the basis of which both basic knowledge about ADHD and special aspects, such as comorbidities with addictive disorders and autism spectrum disorders, are described. In addition to treatment strategies, frequently accompanying phenomena such as creativity and delinquency are addressed. This second edition provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of knowledge around ADHD.
