Analytical Techniques for Detection and Quantification of Mycotoxins

This lab manual is an attempt to provide a general overview of the problems and issues posed by Mycotoxins, harmful secondary metabolites of fungi, on foods, feedstuffs, plants, animals and human beings. Authors efforts have been made to introduce and explain the working principle, instrumentation and applications of various analytical techniques, with a special focus on their usage for the detection of Mycotoxins in various agricultural commodities, food items and other substances.
