Carbonaceous Nanostructure for Energy Applications

Currently, carbon nanofibers (CNFs) are widely used in many fields such as lithium-ion rechargeable batteries (LIBs), hydrogen energy, electrochemical capacitors (EDLCs) and fuel cells. On the other hand reduced graphene oxide (rGOs) derived from graphene oxide have been widely studied as carbon based electrode materials for electrical energy storage (EES) devices such as super capacitor due to its marvelous physicochemical characteristics remarkably, graphene has high electrical conductivity high surface area and good compatibility with polymers and metal oxides.
