Control in Overseas Supply

Analyses methods used in World War II in overseas supply in the European Theater of Operations and the Pacific. Analyses the effect of unification of the Armed Forces on overseas supply as to responsibilities for common items, specialized equipment and for transportation of supplies. Recommends a system to be used which insures efficient supply of all types to all components of the Armed Forces covering operations within a unified command in the theater, and operations in the Zone of the Interior in support of the theater.
