Corporate communication and citizen participation in the budget

The purpose of this research was to determine that corporate communication is related to citizen participation in the participatory budget of the Provincial Municipality of Huaraz. A descriptive design was applied, the importance of the participation of the agents involved in the participatory budget of the Provincial Municipality of Huaraz. It is evident that corporate communication and citizen participation in the participatory budget of the Provincial Municipality are very important issues for the authorities to make decisions and help families in their jurisdiction to get out of underdevelopment and thus improve their family income.Therefore, it is concluded that the greater the corporate communication, the greater the citizen participation of the participating agents in the participatory budget of the Provincial Municipality of Huaraz, allowing to strengthen this space for participation and thus governance and democracy at the local government level.
