Crawfish Bingo

Amy Rubin is a young reporter stuck writing stories about cute animals for The New Orleans Sentinel newspaper. Victor Marcel is a tourism magnate trying to develop a 600-room hotel on the edge of the French Quarter. When a freak accident at Marcel's petting zoo puts Amy on the trail of an even bigger story about Marcel's business ventures, Amy's hunt threatens to derail Marcel's big hotel plans. The story unfolds against the backdrop of an aspiring politician's campaign to abolish the Temple Emanu-El Brotherhood's annual Crawfish Bingo fundraiser, an event you could find only in the Crescent City.
