Der implizite Mensch

The notion of the 'implicit' exists in all systems of philosophy. The term invariably refers to an effort to make explicit a form of unperceived, 'embedded' knowledge as a way to fathom man's deep structure. Wolfram Hogrebe examines the anthropological relevance of 'logomantic' [divinational] precursors of philosophy and poetry along with the idea of the 'implicit citizen' and the nature of implicit musical structures.
