Design of Heat Exchanger for Computing Clusters

This research focuses on techniques of cooling computing clusters effectively with minimal increase in cost, in order to avoid overheating and damage. The model of a Xeon Processor was used to form the basis of this research. The research concludes, by varying the flow path of air, efficient exchange of heat can be achieved. As part of the analysis of this research, current studies of new ideas to improve the design for exchange of heat are also discussed.
