Economic impacts on fish stock resources in the case of climate change

Climate change is now a scientifically established fact. Climate change is the most important issue whole over the world. With this change ¿possible economic impacts¿ has been showing the great concern in present climate change research. Climate change will impact multiple sectors especially on coastal resources and on economy with implications for poverty reduction, employment generation, and urbanization. This book, therefore, provides estimation procedure of biological parameters, maximum sustainable yield, maximum economic yield and open access equilibrium by the Gordon-Schafer surplus production model and how could make assumption with possible economic impacts of climate change. The model has also been studied under nine climate scenarios where assuming each represents possible climate change consequences. The analysis should help to find out the potential of climate effects for changing the intrinsic growth rate, carrying capacity, profitability on fishery resources and should be especially useful to professionals in climate change science or anyone else who maybe consider to do further scientific research on possible economic climate change impacts.
