Without effective communication, it is very difficult for a business to survive. (Boone, Kurtz, 2011, p. 296) Significance of effective communication cannot be neglected as it is mandatory in every field as the highest success ration of a business is solely based upon the effective communication. If an important delivered message is not understood by the recipient, it would be vain communication. An effective communication is also referred as a specific process through which the exchange of information happens between individuals by the means of a common medium of signs, behaviors or symbols. The significance of effective communication cannot be neglected in any aspect of professional life. In general terms, the communication can be referred as a process of blaming, direction, problem solving and persuading. The process of persuading can only be acquired by the means of effective communication. Effective communication can be further referred as the process to interchange opinion, information or thoughts by the means of writing, signs or speech. During the process of an interview, the judgment for candidates is based upon their talent of communication as it is considered as an essential part of job for the achievement of both the personal and organizational goals. The process effective communication is based on two categories, Verbal communication and Non-verbal communication.
