He was instrumental in the growth of their Conference Center division through assisting in sales and presentations to corporate training centers. He received their JW Marriott Award of Excellence in 1995. Williams has a Masters in Business Administration from North Central College and a Doctoral degree from George Mason University for College Education and Human Development.
