FITNESS LOG

This Fitness Log helps its user record his/her cardio and weight training exercises, so they can monitor their improvements and keep motivated. Within each log is a cardio section and a weight training section. Within the cardio section the user can record three cardio workouts and their times. Within the weight training section, the user can record twelve exercises, their weight lifted and their number of sets. There are 250 logs in this book. Get exercising!
