Hong Kong's 1997 sovereignty handover to China is just days away. Suddenly, well-intentioned business and family man, Seth Goodall, finds power and politics threatening his and others' way of life. He is given an ultimatum, forcing him to choose between what is right and safety and security. Not merely livelihoods but even lives are at stake.
