Harleen Kaur, PhD, is doing project work with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India. Previously, she worked as a manager at DELBREC Industries, Pvt. Ltd., as well as an assistant professor of management at Asra Institute of Advanced Studies, Bhawanigarh, India.
