Considered an expert in the field of industrial biotechnology, Dr. Bajpai's areas of expertise extend to pulp and paper and environmental biotechnology, and she has written several advanced-level technical books in these fields. Not only is she active in these fields, but she has handled several sponsored research projects from industry and government agencies and is an active member of the New York Academy of Science, American Society for Microbiology, and many more organizations.
