Globalisation and Leadership in Africa

Focusing on both pre-colonial and post-colonial eras, this book aims to cultivate a greater understanding of globalisation processes in the context of leadership behaviour in Africa. Okechukwu Ethelbert Amah is a member of Faculty in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department of Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Nigeria.
