Ronald Carr has forty years of experience working with youth and families in Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle, Everett, and Mount Vernon Washington. Ron is a national youth consultant and gang research investigator. Ron graduated from City University in Seattle with a M.A. Degree in Counseling Psychology. He also has a B.A. degree in Social Science from Puget Sound Christian College and currently a doctorate student at Argosy University of Seattle. Ron is a Registered Agency Counselor Affiliation professional with the Department of Social and Health Services in Washington State. He was an Adjunct Professor at Puget Sound Christian College in Everett for three years; instructing classes in Juvenile and Criminal Justice. Ron also instructed classes at Everett Community College for twelve years as an Adjunct Professor in the "Origin and Evolution of American Street Gangs". Ron is the Founder and Executive Director of the Washington State Police Athletic League. He also instructed classes at the Law Enforcement Training Academy in Burien Washington in Criminal Justice, Juvenile Corrections, and the Essence of Youth Gangs. Ron is a profound public speaker, Christian Apologist, excellent instructor, and proficient mental health clinician in psycho-education group facilitation. Ron also has numerous community award accolades.
