High Reynolds Number Flow Over An Elliptical Cylinder

This book covers simulation of high Reynolds number turbulent flows covering the super-critical to upper-transition flow regimes around a two-dimensional elliptical cylinder. Standard k- ¿ turbulence model is for solving the unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier¿Stokes( URANS) equations with a view to analyze the variations in flow characteristics along the surface of the cylinder. The results have been presented and analyzed .
