Human Talent, Leadership Challenge in Educational Management

The main objective of this study is to describe the complexity of human talent as a challenge of managerial leadership in educational management. What we want to mean is that living together in society is complex, that is why it is required to discover, to go beyond human talent, to know what young people will do when they are adults, what children will do when they are young, the answer should not be to open their hands and shrug their shoulders. The research seeks to know what affects the motivation of children and adolescents dominated by inertia and predatory parasites that take anything ahead to survive, they do not know what they want, nor where they are going to get. It can be affirmed that in all societies and in all times there are talented people and sometimes they don't know it. It can be because of instability, insecurity, dependence. In the change of attitude is the Human Capital Development, which today is a guarantee in any organization.
