Immunodiagnostic Assay for Parasitic Diseases

The use of parasitic worms-derived cysteine proteases, for serodiagnosis implies that these molecules elicit strong immune responses during natural infection. In conclusion, the efficacy of worm-derived protein in immunodiagnosis and prevention of animal disease is the aim of work. The findings together suggest that parasite total protein may be used as easily available, safe and inexpensive antigens for immunodiagnosis and transmission reduction of animal diseases.
