How does calmness arise? How can we promote or regain calmness? Introvision is a new method of mental self-regulation that involves looking things straight in the eye in an observant and attentive manner in order to change them and regain calmness. This easy-to-understand, practical introduction is aimed at a wide audience and can also be used for further training in Introvision education and coaching.
