King Hare

Volume 2 of 'In the Forrest of a Thousand Trees' tells about Rolly, a young hare driven by just one wish: Becoming King of Hares. This lovingly written short story accompanies Rolly on his way to kingdom and 'maybe a bit further'. This story is charming, thrilling, full of details and intense. The adventures of Jockel and Lumi (squirrel and owl) are described in the first volume. They are the basis of the whole series. Andreas Meyer was born in Hamburg on October 9th, 1968, grown up in Soltau and Hamburg. He is presently living in Buchholz, a small town in the 'Lüneburger Heide', south of Hamburg. In December 2003, following perennial studies of the history of Buddhism, he decided to take on the Buddhist way of live. He started publishing his first German short stories successfully in 2004, followed by novels, guide books and publications dealing with Buddhism.
