Körper und Kommunikation - Die Funktionen des Körpers für die Kommunikation in Intimsystemen

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kommunikation, Note: 1,0, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Institut für Soziologie), Veranstaltung: Liebe - Zur Kommunikation von Inkommunikabilität, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: This paper tries to explore the functional requisites fulfilled by bodies in human communication, using theoretical concepts drawn from Niklas Luhmann's systems theory. A closer look will be taken at personal relations and social systems of intimacy taking place in interactions. I will show that human bodies on one hand act as addresses that make persons identifiable, especially in their uniqueness and difference to other persons in modern, polykontextural societies, on the other hand they can be seen as media of communication that allow to communicate tenor essential for systems of intimacy in modern contexts.
