Vor diesem Hintergrund soll in dieser wissenschaftlichen Arbeit via Literaturanalyse geprüft werden, welche Rolle Kollaboration innerhalb von Prozessmanagement und damit auch im Zuge der digitalen Business-Transformation spielt und auch in Zukunft spielen kann. Hierzu sollen die Methoden und Ansätze des Prozessmanagements sowie der Kollaboration betrachtet werden, um nach Szenarien zu forschen, in denen kollaboratives Prozessmanagement die digitale Transformation von Unternehmen effizienter oder effektiver gestalten kann.
Joshua Nganyadi, the German business economist and digital engineer published several works during his career in the public sector (government inspector general), while also investigating private sector contexts, having been employed as a corporate governance specialist in auditing, as well as solution engineer in Europe's largest technology group (SAP) in the area of intelligent enterprises and business transformation. His academic career took place according to dual studies in the public sector at the University of Applied Management in Munich, which he completed in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Management (Business Administration & Law). With his subsequent master's degree in Digital Engineering (MBA) at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, Nganyadi researched and taught approaches to the digital transformation of companies, as well as management approaches for Corporate Governance 4.0, and graduated with flying colors in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree around research with AI, ethics and sustainability at Bratislava University of Economics and Management.
