Leadership systems and the process of communication with its interferences

Nowadays companies cannot operate successfully without a clear structure and organisation. Every employee has to know his work task and they have to know who his superior is. Last person is always the first person to be contact when problems occur. In some companies employees have more than one superior, so communication between all participants plays an important role. This study is concerned with the systems of leadership and their advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the company. Furthermore it takes focus on the process of communication of an enterprise by pointing out the different kind of inference factors. Chapter 2 introduces a definition of the leadership systems in companies. This is followed by an analysis of the different systems of leadership and their advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the company as a whole. In chapter 4 the pro-cess of communication is defined which will be important for the last chapter in which the different interference factors in the process of communication in a company are exposed.
