Dr. Ngcobo holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently the Head of the Civil Engineering Technology Dept. at the University of Johannesburg and oversees several research activities within the department. Her research interest cut across diverse areas in the built environment including maintenance of construction works. In collaboration with other researchers, she has authored several conference papers and journal articles.
