Measuring Customer Satisfaction -Text and Cases

This study is related to the measurement of the levels of customer satisfaction in the Retail Industry and the factors which are going to be influencing the satisfying behavior of the customers related to Retail sector. For which, a study is made by selecting Reliance Fresh retail outlets in the city of Hyderabad by taking a sample of 100 respondents from various outlets across the city. The conclusions are drawn based on this study and analysis is done and as well as the suggestions are made for future scope.
