Named Entity Recognition using Max Entropy Model

Named Entity Recognition is first step for translation of an language. It is use to identify which is name, location or organisation in a given text. If one is able to identify these names, translation rules won't be applicable to them because they denote a name of person. Name remains same in any language, it can be in Hindi, English, Japanese or French. In all language name of person , name of location or name of organisation is same, it won't vary from one language to another.
