Mikhail Y. Berezin, PhD, is an Assistant Professor ofRadiology at the Washington University School of Medicine. Heearned his M. Sc. in Chemical Engineering and his Ph.D. in OrganicChemistry from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas and Institute ofOrganic Chemistry (Academy of Science), after which he conductedresearch in optical imaging at Washington University in St. Louis.He is a research member of the Siteman Cancer Center, as well as amember of the American Chemical Society and the BiomedicalOptics Society.
