Through commenting on negotiation over Ukraine Crisis which I found as a most suitable model for the course knowledge application, you will get an insight into my understanding of the practical application of concepts acquired through this course. In addition, you will find the interpretation of the negotiation and communication concepts through my personal application and self-evaluation.
Pe?a ?urasovi? is a Lawyer, graduated from the Law Faculty of the State University of Sarajevo. In addition, he passed a bar exam. In 2018 Pe?a ?urasovi? completed his master's degree in Governance and Human Rights at Leuphana University of Luneburg, Federal Republic of Germany. Pe?a ?urasovi? worked for three years at the Office of the Agent of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights as a Legal Advisor. In 2016 Pe?a ?urasovi? also served as a member of the defence expert team on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the oral hearing before the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Med?lis Islamske Zajednice Br?ko and Others v. Bosnia and Herzegovina (Article 10 of the Convention - alleged violation of the applicants' freedom of expression). He is currently employed at Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina as an Analyst.
