Dr. Alfred Kieser is Emeritus Professor of General Business Administration and Organization at the University of Mannheim and is a guest professor at the private University of Witten/Herdecke. Dr. Mark Ebers is Professor of General Business Administration, Corporate Development and Organization at the University of Cologne.
