PAPR Analysis and Reduction of Cognitive Radio Signals

Cognitive Radio Communications has recently gained lot of attention for efficient spectrum utilization. The technology comes up with several challenges. Low power consuming terminals being the one challenge which needs efficient power amplification at the transmitters. Cognitive radio signals suffer from high peak to average power ratio problem which makes the power amplification process less efficient. In this book, the problem is analysed and solved in the context of Cognitive radio systems.
