It has been much written about the phenomenon that Neo-Nazi organisations gained many new members of young age. Especially since the Reunification, German media has reported many cases of horrible violent acts against foreigners and their homes. Is there really just since 20 years an increase in crimes with racist backgrounds, which were committed mostly by groups of young Neo-Nazis?
