Cyclodextrins and their complexes constitute a fascinating subject that, due to its complexity and specific chemical structure. This great attention makes today¿s CD science and technology extremely involved in a large number of important areas of research covering both basic and applied science in chemistry and biology. Their ability to modify the behavior of trapped guests is being used for example, in chemistry, biology, food, pharmacy/medicine and agriculture.
