The names of three active firms include Mungo Construction, National Community Renaissance and Fore Property Company. Mungo Construction teamed with Columbia Housing Authority for the major project. The major project included LEED certification and revitalization of a community in a naturally smart location. LEED certification involved elements like using efficient irrigation, the use of minimal VOC (volatile organic compounds) products, dual flush toilets, optimum efficiency windows and HVAC systems. A firm called National Community Renaissance partnered with La Quinta Redevelopment Agency. Also, Fore Property Company joined CANV Construction and constructed a project.
