My analysis is one of slowly peeling away layers of veiled intent, to uncover on a highly critical level, alternative interpretations and hidden agendas of a Government document (Every Child Matters 2003) that professes to be a moral compass for the protection of children. Each removed layer detracts from its original intentions, unravelling what appears to be a class war at the heart of the document with its primary motive of eradicating those seemingly responsible for such child neglect (and other negative societal failings) - believing them a 'disease', helping the reader recognise such 'conditions', supporting the identification of the 'symptoms', cheerily offering a 'diagnosis' and finally, upon further dissection - blueprints for installing the 'cure', which is in my opinion, merely the means for the Government to install a free market in education.
