Traditional Exercises for Fitness and Mental Health Of Junior College

Physical Education has been accepted as an integral part of general education in India. There is a great scope and need for Research in Physical Education applying the training of Traditional Exercises for the development of Health Related Physical Fitness and Mental Health of Junior college boys.The review of literature does not indicate any studies to evaluate the utility of Traditional Exercise for the development of Health Related Physical Fitness and Mental Health of Junior college boys.The present study is aimed at collecting scientific evidence about the utility of Traditional Exercise for improvement in performance of Health Related Physical Fitness and Mental Health of Junior college boys.It is hoped that the result of the present investigation may be helpful to those who are interested in the applied aspects of effect of Traditional Exercise for improvement in performance of Health Related Physical Fitness and Mental Health of Junior college boys.
