Two faces of jurisdiction: the performance of the judge and the jury

Justice has been a vital issue in human existence, in which it has been determined whether the rights of a third party have been violated, and what can be done for the person to recover his property or rights. Thus, the administration of justice has become one of the pillars that legitimize the existence of the State. This paper presents an analysis of the principles of action of the judicial institutions that have been used to impart justice: the judges and the jury. It presents and analyzes the nature, performance and functions of both jurisdictional corporations.
