Verfassungsidee und Verfassungspolitik

This book aims to examine the idea of the constitution as a political principle of self–organization from the combined perspectives of jurisprudence, philosophy, history, and the social sciences. Sections present the origins of the constitutional idea, constitutional theory, and constitutional politics. It includes an exploration of constitutional issues in security policy balancing the law and politics, and the role of constitutional courts.
