Work, Sex and Rugby

Young and strong, this novel's protagonist, Lewis, is equally keen on beer and girls and bored in equal measures by his job and by club rugby. He only has one problem: he's a closet romantic, and life isn't matching up to all he thinks it should be. All the beer, work, sex and rugby in the town aren't enough to keep Lewis from missing Marianne. What will he do when she comes back from London with a sophisticated man in tow?

Lewis Davies is a writer and publisher whose work includes many plays, poetry collections, essays, and novels, such as Tree of Crows.
