Cultural and managing information and knowledge process in the organisation :

The world of work has undergone changes in recent years, which directly influence the worker's behavior. Thus, much has been sought to understand the effects that these changes, precisely because they are unpredictable, 'impose' on the worker-organization binomial and the development of strategies for the difficulties of generating and maintaining fair and ethical competitive attitudes. How and in what way would it be possible to inhibit or resign the apprehension of these situations in the working environment so that the normative system of both the organisation as a whole and its leaders identify the origin of creative and productive behaviour. Consequently, it is questioned: Is there a relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management in organizations? This book aims to evaluate the relationship between Organisational Culture and Knowledge Management in workers in public and private organizations, because it is believed that in order to manage knowledge and learning, it will be possible, when culture in the organization, in terms of values and practices, are clear and transparent.
