Das Menschenrecht auf Reparationen

»The Human Right to Reparations. Theoretical Considerations and Practical Implementation at the International Criminal Court«: Victims of international crimes rightly demand reparations for the most severe physical and psychological suffering inflicted upon them. This interdisciplinary study demonstrates that this claim by victims for reparations is grounded in human rights. At the same time, the practice of reparations at the Trust Fund for Victims of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is critically examined. In the process, numerous deficits in the operationalization of the human right to reparations at the ICC are revealed.
