M. A. Mortén (B. -85) is a Finnish writer. Miika Mortén was born in Helsinki, Finland. He was briefly a singer and a songwriter, until he began writing poetry. He graduated from Salpaus Further Education as a Tourism Activities Organizer. Currently he studies screenwriting and film making. He is most passionate about writing, travelling and food. Miika writes prose, poetry and screenplays. 'DON'T PANIC' is the first poetry collection book by Miika Mortén. Previously he has written a screenplay and directed the animated short film 'One Friend' and worked as a script editor in the short film 'Rumpelstiltskin'. He also writes short stories and creates content in various fan pages and has a vlog 'In the head of a writer', where he goes through all things related to writing.
