In recent days shareholders and other stakeholders are curious on their investment and demands the management of their investment not only to yield result but good return on investment. Company directors are now on the challenge to focus on areas where their strength lies and try to utilise all opportunity that comes on thier way. Stakeholders now demand an indepth analysis of their operations of the business. The analysis allows management to work hard to increase the return on investment as share price increases. Business performance analysis allows management to review areas where customers complains are crutials and can jeopardise the entire market sector. Management now under takes portfolio risk analysis to determine the kind of investment they undertake unbehalf of their investors and how quality service and performance are used.
