Einführung in die Motivationstheorie' Inwiefern basiert Atkinsons Theorie auf den Theorien Lewins? Atkinsons Theorie der Leistungsmotivation baut in zweifacher Hinsicht auf den Überlegungen Lewins auf. Lewins Theorie der resultierenden Valenz zufolge bestimmen entgegengesetzte Erwartungen und Valenzen von möglichen Erfolgen und Misserfolgen das Verhalten in Leistungssituationen. Außerdem bestimmen sowohl Personenmerkmale als auch Umweltvariablen das Leistungsverhalten.
